EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY


You thought it should fit you, but it didn’t?
That shouldn’t be an issue, because we would happily exchange it for you. Please note that we don’t exchange for an entirely different article, but the same article with a different size if you have an issue with sizing.

You won’t be eligible to claim for an exchange if:

  • If the shoe is worn and used.
  • If the product is bought at a discounted price.

For the first exchange, the courier charges will be borne by us. Once we receive the product and inspect it, we will send you the size that you have requested. But if there is an issue again, you will have to bear the courier charges to exchange the footwear.


The exchange has to be initiated within 7 days of the product being delivered and not beyond that. And please make sure to pack it well so that it doesn’t get damaged while shipping. And if you have any questions you can get in touch with us.
