While we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed, there are

some situations in which we may have to cancel orders.

Some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but

are not limited to):

1. Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock

2. Limitations on quantities available for purchase

3. Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing or promotion information

4. Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department

5. Inaccurate or insufficient address

6. Non-serviceable locations

At times we may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been done, the charged amount will be refunded to you.

Please note a signature will be required when your order is delivered, so make sure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your order. If you have special instructions relating to the delivery, please make sure you indicate these instructions in the comments section when you’re finalizing your purchase as you are checking out.

Returns Policy Conditions

If you wish to exchange any item(s) you have purchased, kindly contact our Customer Service Team. We would love to help you. Further, on approval from our team, you simply need to return unworn, unwashed merchandise via courier, with all tags attached in the original box packing, within 5 days of receipt for an exchange. On reverse picking up of the articles/ order if the area code is non-serviceable, the return postage costs will be at your expense. We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by IVRAH.

Once we receive the item(s) returned, our quality team will check the products to ensure they comply with our returns guidelines. We shall then initiate the exchange at our end. When shipping out the exchange piece, we would add a collectible shipment charge of Rs. 200, which shall be payable by you on receipt of the product. If an exchange is not possible, credit points shall be issued of the value of exchange. These credit points can be redeemed for a fresh online purchase on www.ivrah.com, within the validity period. Kindly note that no refunds will be made. 

We shall not be able to entertain exchanges during sale/promo. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

I have received a defective/incorrect article. What should I do? We really apologize for this slip-up on our part. We take full responsibility for this and would resolve the issue for you at the earliest possible. In case that the item(s) is faulty or a different product (style code/ size/ color name only) from ordered, we shall either exchange the product or provide you with a full refund.

Kindly contact our Customer Service Team for assistance, within 5 days of the date of receipt, and ensure that you follow our return guidelines. In case we arrange for a reverse pick up, kindly allow the third party courier partner up-to 3 working days from the date of the request for the reverse pick up. In case you would like to ship the product back to us, kindly note that we would reimburse courier charges up to Rs. 100/- per kg in the manner of a credit note. In both these cases, the returned parcel remains the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Ivrah. 

Wherever exchange is not possible: in case of a pre-paid order, the refund shall be made via the payment gateway, while in case of a COD order, a cash voucher shall be issued of the value of exchange. This voucher can be redeemed for a fresh online purchase, within the validity period. Kindly note that we are unable to make cash refunds in any case. 

Please note, that there may be a variance in the color of the item due to computer screen settings and studio lighting. Returns due to color variances do not qualify under standard exchange policy.

Kindly note that store purchases cannot be returned or refunded online.

Return Guidelines

Kindly contact our customer service for assistance on the return policy. Do ensure that the following conditions are met, to enable us to process your exchange and serve you better

1. You return the item(s) within 5 days (inclusive) from the date of receipt

2. The item is in original saleable condition:

3. With all original tags

4. In an unworn, unopened and unused state

5. Any sewn labels are still attached

6. You include your original Ivrah tax invoice with the return

7. Going to “My Accounts” section from the respective account holder’s ID and raising the return request

8. In case you wish to have the size exchanged, kindly contact customer service to ensure availability of stock in the required size.

If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Ivrah reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund. Ivrah will not accept a bank statement as proof of purchase.

Item(s) bought on discount cannot be exchanged or refunded. Item(s) bought on discount will only be exchanged or refunded if the item is faulty or defective. If an exchange is not possible at our end, a credit voucher shall be issued of the value of exchange. The credit voucher can be redeemed for a fresh online purchase, within the validity period.
